Jason Christoff - 10 Healthy Things I Do Daily and Why I Do Them

A little bit of health adds up over the long run. A little bit of poison adds up over the long run as well. It doesn't matter what facet of life you're looking to improve, it's best to look at it as a game of inches. When it comes to self-improvement, use the rule of baby steps. Also know that it's about progress, not perfection. Please also understand that the government and the big corporations are colluding to eugenically euthanatize you and your family, at this moment in history. That's not fear porn. That's a fact and it's simply best you dedicate to health today, rather than at some vague time in the future. Again, the rule of baby steps works effectively for any goal that you may have. 

Let's take wealth. I made it my mission (in my youth) to make a little bit more per hour and work a little longer than the average person. Those efforts didn't add up to in the short term but let's take a look at what happened long term. Let's say the average wage in Canada is $28 per hour. I decided I wasn't going to stop until I made at least $48 per hour. Most people work 40 hours per week. I dedicated myself to working 55 hours per week. What happened short term wasn't that impressive. Working 55 hours per week could have also been a little draining but I stay healthy using the same baby step system. When you're healthy, everything is easier. I know the power of baby steps. A little bit every day adds up to massive rewards over the long haul.

I've been doing that for 30 years now. 15 extra hours per week and $20 extra per hour equals..... is $4.17 million total. That's $2.5 million more than the other person making $28 per hour, while working 40 hours per week. See, a little bit extra every day, adds up to massive rewards in the long run. Let the time do the work for you. You're living all those years anyway, right? You might as well make those years count. They never teach you this at government school of course because the documented objective of government school is to produce a compliant factory ready work force who voluntarily incinerates their innate human potential inside this elite designed 14-year indoctrination and brainwashing process

I also read and educate daily as well, as should be obvious by the nearly 4000 articles that I've written, 500 interviews I've given, 200 podcasts I've made etc etc. I know what works and what doesn't work for happiness. Health and smiling more than frowning. I know how to make what works sound easy. Becoming your best IS easy, as long as you apply success principles daily into your own life. 

Here are 10 things I do every day that build my health, in the same way that you can build your financial fitness. This approach always works and things always get better when you adopt this "baby step" structure in your life. Get the law of baby steps working for you. 

1. I use fluoride free toothpaste, because fluoride is proven to be a brain damaging neurotoxin, purposely placed into your water, toothpastes, dental applications.....to make you too dumb and too sick to succeed. Yes, the people ruling over you and stealing your money say it's good for your teeth. Yes, every act of your government, which is designed to make you a diseased, weakened and compliant drone bot mouth breather....comes with an "advertised benefit". Yes, I'm well aware, it's a lie. They're lying to you. They've always been lying to you. Figure it out. 

2. I use a chlorine blocking shower filter. Chlorine is a major toxin and this video will give you a firm idea of how quickly your skin absorbs the chlorine when you shower. Again, this is all by design. You can't rule healthy, empowered, strong and high IQ people. You can only rule sick, disempowered weak and stupid people. 

3. I use a Sonicare toothbrush to preserve my gums. Regular toothbrushes destroy the gums and allow a greater chance of overall disease to manifest in the body. Once your gums start to recede (leaving more and more of your tooth exposed) because you're eroding your gums with a regular toothbrush, you're in big trouble on many fronts. 

4. I exercise 4-5 times per week strength training, some tennis, stretching and some light cardio at the gym. Again, the rules of baby steps, a little bit every week, adds up. You can either build your dreams like this or you can build your nightmares.....with habits that destroy wealth, health and abundance. Most people have huge time and monetary budgets for destroying themselves....and then they're confused as to why their lives are always in the toilet. 

5. I go to bed by 10 PM 90% of the time during the year. Maybe 95%. The healthiest thing you can do is get a good night's sleep

6. I don't use a wireless computer. My computer is hard wired, with its wireless capability shut off. Wireless technology could be the most dangerous "socially accepted habit" in recorded history. 

7. I use organic soap only to wash my hair and my body. 

8. I use organic hair care products........ none of the big dangerous chemicals that most people are drowning in daily. 

9. Before I drink any water, I brush my teeth. I do this to make sure that the bad bacteria are out of my mouth, before I wash them into my stomach, with something I eat or drink. Most people don't know anything about this, that you shouldn't eat or drink anything upon waking unless you wash out your mouth or brush your teeth. Dangerous bacteria grow in the mouth at night and the last thing you want to do is wash that dangerous bacteria into your body when you wake up. 

10. When I get up in the AM, I use blue light blocking glasses to protect my eyes from my computer screen. The computer light is much more dangerous than we've ever been told. 

I might do 30 more things in this category daily. These habits build my health in the same way that daily success habits build my financial fitness. What's your time and monetary budget for greatness, in comparison to your budget for disaster? Most people are heavy investors in the "disaster" side of the equation. These people then often wonder why they get nothing but disaster, struggle and more frowns than smiles in their life. Stop building your nightmares and start building your dreams.
