5 Common Forms of Female Self Sabotage

Self-sabotaging behaviors are behaviors that operate in our subconscious mind. For any behavior to qualify as a self-sabotaging behavior, it can't serve us in the long term.
For example, let's take a lady who doesn't want to gain any more weight and who wants to lead a healthier lifestyle. This is very common in today's modern world. In this common scenario, the female's conscious mind wants to be healthier and potentially thinner yet the programs in her subconscious dominate her behaviors. The subconscious can often dominate to the point where many people can't stop eating an excess number of calories. Many people who face this common challenge also can't seem to make it to the gym on a regular basis. Although this lady wants better health to materialize consciously, she never gets there, simply because she doesn't fully understand the power of her subconscious mind. The subconscious is extremely powerful.
Unfortunately, it's been shown that our subconscious programs run 93-97% of our behaviors, thoughts and ideas throughout the day. If those programs are inverted, which means they can't serve us in the long term, our life continually gets worse.
This can get confusing as well, as what we want in life and what we get in life, migrate to opposite ends of the spectrum. This can also set up cycles of self-loathing, self-doubt and low self-confidence........as we may believe that there's something drastically wrong with us. We may think, "everyone else is happy and having an easier time, what's wrong with me, I must be broken." If said underachievement goes on for too long (because the subconscious is programmed in an inverted way), many people can simply downgrade their expectations in life.......to just accept the inverted results that they're constantly receiving. This doesn't have to be our fate. We can easily get more out of life. We can get better. We can find our power. There are easy solutions to these various scenarios and many other scenarios just like them.
Here are 5 common forms of self-sabotage that some females participate in.....
1) A tendency to overeat, due to never getting our base safety requirements satisfied, and therefore we turn to temporary food satisfaction.....in order to acquire the psychological feelings of safety that we're missing in their lives. As humans, especially as babies, we associate being fed with safety. Therefore, it's relatively easy to go back in our neurology to find safety in that feeding cycle again, especially if we're feeling afraid or fearful in our adult years.
2) A tendency to fall back on materialism, in order to feel accepted and safe. Today the pressure to buy things, in order to fit in is very high. We feel the pressure to fit into our environment. Unfortunately, our environment today is heavily inverted. It's OK to buy things but many females place themselves in great financial jeopardy trying to fit in with the crowd. Humans all pack animals and we all feel the need to be accepted by our peers but females are consistently gutted of their self-worth by sellers in our society. If you watch the video below, you can get a firm understanding of how sellers in our society continually trick females to keep on buying....by convincing females that they're never enough and that they are therefore never safe unless they keep consuming. In most cases, the asset that's consumed the most is a female's health, their sanity and their financial security.
3. A tendency to want to go at life themselves, as single and powerful mama bears. Yes, men are weaker today than ever before and social conditions have been changed to put maximum stress on long term relationships, but much of these societal outcomes are the result of social engineering revealed in both The Jaffe Memo and The Richard Day Tapes. Both of these social engineering campaigns were well underway by the 1960's. This can produce single females, with children in tow, who are overtaxed, overworked, over stressed and often over addicted to alcohol or food.....in order to deal with such socially engineered conditions.
4. A tendency to drink wine or alcohol on a weekly basis. This may be too big of an issue to fully discuss in this short article but there are concrete reasons why our social engineers want all members of our society consuming toxic substances. This sort of social engineering and pressure can produce the closet alcoholic or what's known as "The Wine Mom", as this social label is advertised as one of the more fun labels to wear in our society. Life's hard enough without wasting money on poisoning oneself but again this is a very common form of female based self-sabotage, which has its origins in media mind control.
5) A tendency to lean toward chemicals and medicine, as the ultimate solution to any problem in life that the female may be encountering. This is often referred to as a medical or science bias, where many females are injecting themselves, ingesting or coating their skin with every popular chemical under the sun....only to find themselves gaining more weight, looking older and feeling less energetic. This again is a socially engineered belief system and behavior pattern, which won't serve anyone long term......as science chemicals are foreign to the body in general and therefore only have the ability to damage human cells/tissue over the long haul.
