Our minds can be our greatest assets, or they can be the only reason why we stay stuck in life. Mastering our minds is a process, which will always include a stepped approach to building strength in our habits, our customs, our rituals and our actions.

Strength is a common word that has lost its real meaning, in my opinion. It doesn't really matter what goal someone wants to accomplish; they'll need to understand the basic strategies required to build full spectrum strength in their life. That doesn't mean they need to change their life right away and turn everything they know upside down. That never works long term for building strength. Building strength is about committing to the successful principles of incremental change. Strength can only be built and maintained if the changes are slow and steady. This allows all systems to catch up with each other and stabilize short-term, as strength becomes our new overarching program that we apply in all areas of our life.

10 Simple Christoff Rules for Building Full Spectrum Strength in 2025

1. There are 5 basic pillars of strength that need to be kept in our mind's eye. Physical, intellectual, financial, emotional and spiritual.

2. Out of those 5 pillars of strength, the foundational pillar is physical strength. 

3. Without physical strength as the base foundational pillar, upon which the other 4 pillars stand, no long-term forward progress can be maintained. 

4. The great thing about this simple formula and simple first step, is that everyone can get started working on the most important pillar of their strength immediately. 

5. I was first a CHEK Certified Exercise and Nutrition Coach (the most advanced exercise and nutrition education in the world), so I always provide all my students with the short cuts they require, to strengthen this foundational pillar as quickly as possible. 

6. Changing the rest of our life (via positive baby steps daily) requires energy. The energy required to make long lasting changes in one's life can only come from the extra energy generated by a healthy body and mind.

7. It's also proven that unhealthy lifestyles lead to changes in brain function, which make change too scary to even contemplate or consider. 

8. Looking at the bigger picture...it's very difficult to rule healthy, strong and empowered people. This is the real reason why most things in our society are unhealthy.......because it's easier to rule an unhealthy, sick and disempowered population. 

9. After the body and mind are fueled with high-quality energy, from a healthy lifestyle, then the next pillar of strength to be fortified is the intellectual pillar. Each person must learn the basic truths of this world/realm, in order to navigate their life successfully. Given that our modern society is based on lies and the misery that all lies cause, there will be a period of intense unlearning and relearning of the most basic foundational truths. Only truth can bring progress, happiness, love and internal peace. The physical pillar of strength first, then the intellectual pillar of strength second. It's important to get the sequence correct. 

10. Once the physical pillar of strength is fortified and the intellectual relearning journey started, the next step is fortifying the financial pillar of strength........which intimidates people the most unfortunately. The ruling group are masters of mind control and work around the clock brainwashing the public to be impoverished. Again, impoverished people are easier to rule.....compared to people who can use their additional wealth to sidestep the regular traps inside the control grid.
