United States Government Legalizes License to Kill US Citizens In 2005 - here's some additional information regarding the license to kill US citizens (The PREP ACT) illegally passed by the US government in 2005. It was passed during the Bush Jr administration (republican), triggered in 2019 under the 1st Trump administration (republican) and then heavily enforced (illegally) by the Biden administration from 2020-2024 (democrat). The license to kill PREP ACT is still in place right now under the 2nd Trump administration. In 2005, every politician who voted The PREP ACT into existence knew they were committing treason and violating the US Constitution, but they voted for it anyway. For government officials to keep getting paid, the public needs to be sacrificed. Government is based on public energy theft.

EU Also Wrote Their Own License to Kill - in the EU, we have the same license to kill framework in place. If the fake vaccines kill or cripple you or your children, no one is liable and you can't sue anyone. That's a license to kill and that's because historical genocides are about theft of public assets.
